[DKC2 - Lockjaw's Saga V2]

Pretty good.

The DKC series seems to attract some pretty bum remixes, even the top-end ones like on OCR barely able to keep my attention. This isn't oozing super-professional audio quality or anything, but the mix is authentically interesting and has a good pace to it, with enough to it to make me hapy I clicked that link.

I'm not a big fan of rap usually. But this is incredibly entertaining, and I like the use of the manipulated voices and such. It avoids being redundant and the subject matter obviously doesn't fit the stereotypes I've come to expect of the genre, so... I've no complaints on this one. Even without the EB references, I could see myself enjoying it (though it certainly didn't hurt at all. ;) )

You could have gotten a 5 just for it being the only Dinosaur Planet remix I've ever heard, as I'm one fo the five people or so on the planet who actually enjoyed it. But then you had to go and make the song awesome, to boot.

I've been perusing your music after finding the Midna one. .-. Very impressed so far. <3

Yeah, I really liked this song in the game. And when no one else was doing it, I was like "FINE THEN! My turn, I suppose."

That said, very well put together, and the audio clips were a nice touch, as was the variety of songs used. This has definitely made my favorites list. : )

[Metroid Prime Zero]

Lost Myself

I left this running in the back and totally forgot it was even there. It wasn't intrusive, it felt very pleasant... I love it. Nice ambiance, good work music. I was never a huge Metroid fan, never mind Prime, but the alien atmosphere is definitely here. Very nicely done. The only complaint I have is that the main synth seems a bit loud compared to everything else, but I tend to zone in on the hig-pitched sounds, so it may jsut be my way of hearing things.

I've listened to most of your audio stuff now, and I must say I've found it all quite enjoyable, though this song is my favorite. I may well use it for something, actually. Here's to hoping you get the sort of downloads and scores this stuff deserves! :)

Is Awesome!

I'm not sure how to put my finger on it, but something about this just makes me think "MAN I love this!" I could actually see using this one for something, and it's the first I can say that about all night. I've been listening to all sorts of stuff in here tonight, but yours is THE FIRST that I could think of an applied use for right off the bingo. To me, being able to see something go with a song is a lot more entertaining than any amount of beats and bass artists can crank out. Awesome job!
